Image Requests
This site is not currently set up to respond to orders for images. As stated in our "Site Purpose" page, the current goal of our site is for pleasure and education, and not for profit. However, if you are interested in obtaining images please e-mail us with your requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Your email must include the image number, its location on our site, your name, your organization, mailing address, phone number, city, state, zip code, and final output size. If you are a nonprofit organization, and the requests is for educational purposes, we generally will supply them no charge. However, prior to their release we will need proof of your nonprofit status and a signed use agreement (we will supply). Please note, we only distribute softcopy file versions to nonprofit organizations and only for educational purposes. Typically, they will be supplied at a maximum resolution of 96 dpi and no larger than 4 x 6 inches.
Hardcopy images that are less than or equal to 13 x 19 inches will be supplied directly by us and outputted on a Canon i9900 inkjet printer. They will be printed on Canon's "Photo Paper Pro" paper. Larger sizes will be produced by outside resources. Because of too many factors outside of our control, we do not offer any warranties against image fading, nor do we guarantee color matching from print batch to batch.
Finally, a few last notes. First, you will be responsible for all costs associated with hard copy prints, including shipping and handling. Secondly, we do not provide any framing options. Thirdly, all prints larger than 13 x 19 inches will be mounted on some type of backing such as foam core.
